We currently ship Australia wide only.
Order Processing
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
During busy periods (sales, holidays, legends buying last minute gifts), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
To keep your box safe on its journey, all gift boxes are shipped flat.
Don’t stress, they’re super easy to assemble. No tools, no glue, no swearing (well… maybe a little).
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery times are estimated as:
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days (depending on location)
- Remote or regional areas: May take a little longer (thanks, geography)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can stalk your parcel like a true Aussie.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@strayagift.com.au and we’ll help sort it out.
